I would imagine they do, though I have to think the reason why wiki doesn't say is becuase no ones ever tried...

When you salvage FoW armor, sometimes you get ectos, sometimes you get shards, sometimes you get common materials. I assume it's the same thing here.

Btw, if you intend to get rid of them anyway, just go for it, you're not losing anything.
